THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAM SERVICES ARE TO CONCEIVE, DEVELOP AND CONDUCT ORGANIZING AND INCIDENTAL ACTIVITES WITHIN THE GREAT LAKES REGION BY AIDING AFFILIATED DISTRICT COUNCILS IN NEGOTIATIONS, PRE-HIRE OR INITIAL AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYERS AND TO PROMOTE UNITY OF ACTION IN DEALING WITH EMPLOYERS TO COORDINATE AND CONSOLIDATE THE ACTIVITIES OF ITS VARIOUS AFFILIATED DISTRICT COUNCILS SO THEY CAN WORK IN A HARMONIOUS AND UNITED WAY.
