THE CHICAGO CENTER FOR VISION RESEARCH (CCVR) PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR COMPREHENSIVE POST-RESIDENCY FELLOWSHIP EDUCATION IN GLAUCOMA. THIS FELLOWSHIP HAS BEEN CERTIFIED THROUGH 2018 BY AN EXTENSIVE REVIEW PROCESS PERFORMED BY THE ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS IN OPHTHALMOLOGY (THE "TRIENNIAL REVIEW"). OUR LAST FELLOW PARTICIPATED IN CLINICAL PRACTICE AT UNIVERSITY EYE SPECIALISTS, LTD., AS WELL AS AT THE NORTHWESTERN FEINBERG SCHOOL OF MEDICINE. SHE WAS THE PRIMARY SURGEON IN OVER 350 CASES AND PARTICIPATED IN OVER 600 CASES OVERALL. THE FELLOW GAVE SCIENTIFIC EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS AT NORTHWESTERN FEINBERG SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND ATTENDED LOCAL AND NATIONAL RESEARCH MEETINGS. SHE AUTHORED A JOURNAL ARTICLE FOR "GLAUCOMA TODAY" ABOUT OPTIMAL INSTRUMENTATION FOR GLAUCOMA SURGERY. SHE ALSO GAVE LECTURES TO RESIDENTS AS WELL AS MEDICAL STUDENTS. SHE ORGANIZED JOURNAL CLUB AND MORBIDITY CONFERENCES AT THE FEINBERG SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY AND PARTICIPATED IN BIWEEKLY SEMINARS WITH THE PHYSICIANS AT UNIVERSITY EYE SPECIALISTS. SHE IS RELOCATING TO PHOENIX, AS A GLAUCOMA SPECIALIST IN A PROMISED CLINICAL PRACTICE.
