THIS ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER APPROACH TO PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT OF CHILD ABUSE. THE CHAPTER PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO HELP COMMUNITIES DEFINE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAMS AND ADVISORY BOARDS, WRITE PROTOCOL, OPEN CENTERS AND SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENT THEIR GOALS. THE CHAPTER WORKS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY AWARENESS REGARDING THE ISSUE OF CHILD ABUSE. THE CHAPTER ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING FOR CENTER STAFF AND MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM MEMBERS

CACI PROVIDES TRAININGG AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS TO DEVELOPING AND EXISTING CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTERS THROUGHOUT ILLINOIS.
CACI WILL PROVIDE GRANTS TO CHILD ADVOCACY CENTERS IN ILLINOIS THORUGH A GRANT MAKING PROCESS, MONITOR THE SUB-GRANTTES FUNDED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND BUDGETS AND REPORT QUARTERLY DATA REPORTS TO ICJIA.
