WE BELIEVE THAT THE PRESERVATION OF OUR NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES IS BEST ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE SUSTAINED UNIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC GOALS.
