OUR MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT CHICAGO SENIORS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BENEFIT FROM NUTRITIOUS MEAL PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND MAXIMIZE INDEPENDENCE.

PROVIDE HOME DELIVERED MEALS TO OVER 13,000 HOMEBOUND AND FOOD-INSECURE SENIORS ON THE SIX FEDERAL HOLIDAYS AND 2 ADDITIONAL HOLIDAYS, VALENTINES DAY AND JUNETEENTH. THIS YEAR OPENED THE NOURISH CHICAGO PANTRY THAT PROVIDES THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF FOOD AS FRESH PRODUCE AND PROTEINS, IN ADDITION TO SHELF STABLE ITEMS THAT PROVIDES SENIORS LIVING IN POVERTY HEALTHY FOOD TO FILL THEIR PANTRY. PROVIDE 10 MEALS WEEKLY TO 145 HOMEBOUND AND FOOD-INSECURE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES UNDER THE AGE OF 60.
