RAKHMA OWNS AND OPERATES FOUR GROUP HOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY MEMORY LOSS. 55 RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES BENEFITTED FROM THE SOCIAL CARE MODEL OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT RAKHMA PROVIDED DURING THE YEAR ENDING 11/30/2021. RAKHMA MAINTAINS A RICH 1:5 STAFFING RATIO TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED CARE PLANS AND PERSON-CENTERED CARE ACCOUNTING FOR 75,920 HOURS OF DIRECT CARE AND SUPPORT GIVEN.
