RAKHMA IS DEDICATED TO PRESERVING THE DIGNITY OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH MEMORY LOSS BY PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE LOVING CARE IN A FAMILIAR HOME SETTING. RAKHMA OWNS AND OPERATES THREE GROUP HOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY MEMORY LOSS. 43 RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES BENEFITTED FROM THE SOCIAL CARE MODEL OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT RAKHMA PROVIDED DURING THE YEAR ENDING 11/30/2023. RAKHMA MAINTAINS A RICH 1:6 STAFFING RATIO TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED CARE PLANS AND PERSON-CENTERED CARE ACCOUNTING FOR OVER 238,000 HOURS OF DIRECT CARE AND SUPPORT GIVEN.
