PROCEEDS ARE USED TO PAY FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT, AND IF THERE ARE EXCESS FUNDS, THEY ARE DONATED TO NONPROFIT COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL UNITS.
