LOCAL PROGRAMS: THE ORGANIZATION'S WORK BOTH INFORMS AND IS INFORMED BY THE EXPERIENCE OF THE FIELD. IT RECOGNIZES THAT SUCCESSFUL POLICY REFORM CAN ONLY HELP LOW-SKILLED AND DISADVANTAGED WORKERS IF PROVIDERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS ON THE GROUND HAVE STRONG CAPACITY.
PUBLIC POLICY: IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF LOCAL AND STATE WORKFORCEDEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS IN CHICAGO AND ILLINOIS AND THE CAPACITY OF PROVIDERS WITHIN THE SYSTEM, TO SUPPORT DISADVANTAGED JOB SEEKERS AND LOW-INCOME WORKERS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF QUALITY EMPLOYMENT.
