THE ORGANIZATION'S WORK BOTH INFORMS AND IS INFORMED BY THE EXPERIENCE OF THE FIELD. IT RECOGNIZES THAT SUCCESSFUL POLICY REFORM CAN ONLY HELP ENTRY LEVEL WORKERS AND THOSE WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT IF PROVIDERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS ON THE GROUND HAVE STRONG CAPACITY.


PUBLIC POLICY: IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF LOCAL , STATE AND FEDERAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS AND BEYOND, AND THE CAPACITY OF PROVIDERS WITHIN THE SYSTEM, TO SUPPORT JOB SEEKERS WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT AND LOW-WAGESINCOME WORKERS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF QUALITY EMPLOYMENT.
