PRESIDENTS ANNUAL REVIEW REPORT 2021 THROUGHOUT MUCH OF 2021, THE SOCIETY WAS FOCUSED ON THE DIFFICULT WORK OF REBUILDING THE ORGANIZATION AND STRENGTHENING ITS FOUNDATION. NEW BOARD MEMBERS WERE BROUGHT ON, A NEW ORIENTATION PROCESS WAS DEVELOPED AND PROVIDED TO THE BOARD, COMMITTEES WERE FORMED, AND WE STARTED A REVIEW OF OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES. THE SOCIETY CONTINUED TO OFFER A "PAY WHAT YOU CAN" PRICING FOR MEMBERSHIP TO HELP OFFSET THE FINANCIAL IMPACT OF COVID ON OUR MEMBERS, BUT OUR PROGRAM OFFERINGS REMAINED MOSTLY UNCHANGED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. AS WE COMPLETE THE STRUCTURAL REBUILDING, WE WILL LOOK TOWARDS ENHANCING AND GROWING OUR PROGRAMS TO BETTER SERVE THE CURRENT NEEDS OF THE NONPROFIT SECTOR.
