FRESH START PROGRAM - MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS FOR ASSISTANCE IN PAYING ELECTRIC AND GAS BILLS RESULTING FROM EXTREME WEATHER SEASONS. APPLICANTS MAY RECEIVE UP TO 200 FOR ELECTRIC AND 150 FOR GAS.
WARM NEIGHBORS COOL FRIENDS PROGRAM - MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS FOR ASSISTANCE IN PAYING ELECTRIC AND GAS BILLS RESULTING FROM EXTREME WEATHER SEASONS. OVER 30 VOLUNTEER AGENCIES APPROVED GRANTS TO DISTRIBUTE FOR THIS PURPOSE.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM: A CO-PAY FOR MODERATE INCOME CUSTOMERS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENT UPGRADES TO THEIR HOME UP TO 5,000 PER HOME.
