THE ASSOCIATION ALSO TRAINS CONTRACTORS, THEIR SUPERVISORS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY COMPLY WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, FOR WHICH IT IS COMPENSATED, TO RELATED ENTITIES. THE ASSOCIATION IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY THROUGH DUES AND FEES FROM ITS MEMBERS.
