CONTENT & ACADEMICS - THE CONTENT & ACADEMICS TEAM PROVIDES PROJECT-BASED AND SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING RESOURCES TO PARTNER SCHOOLS AS WELL AS THE ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS AND SUPPORTS FOR ACCESSIBILITY AND DIFFERENTIATION. THE TEAM MAINTAINS RUBRICS TO ASSESS COGNITIVE SKILLS WHILE CONTINUOUSLY FINE TUNING AND IMPROVING CURRICULUM OFFERINGS.
IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS - THE IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS TEAM PROVIDES 1:1 COACHING AND SUPPORT TO ALL SCHOOL PARTNERS AND A SET OF DISTRICT LEADERS. THE TEAM SUPPORTS SCHOOLS WITH ONGOING PROGRESS MONITORING AND PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT BY ENGAGING IN REGULAR DATA-ANALYSIS AND GAP ACTION PLANNING.
