HOPE MEADOWS FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SERVES THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE EQUINE ASSISTED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. WE BELIEVE IN HOLISTIC APPROACH COMBINING HORSES, LIFE SKILLS AND THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT TO AID IN THE HEALING PROCESS.

HOPE MEADOWS FOUNDATION PROVIDES EQUINE ASSISTED COUNSELING AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, ADULTS, GROUPS, AND FAMILIES. PROGRAMS INCLUDE: INDIVIDUAL & GROUP EQUINE ASSISTED COUNSELING, LIFE SKILLS, & WELLNESS PROGRAMS.EACH SPECIALIZED TREATMENT TEAM IS COMPRISED OF A MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST, EQUINE SPECIALIST AND ONE OR MORE HORSES, CREATING A SAFE, HEALING ENVIRONMENT FOR GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS. POPULATIONS SERVED INCLUDE: LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIRST RESPONDERS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS, AT-RISK YOUTH, GRIEF AND LOSS, THOSE AFFECTED BY HUMAN TRAFFICKING, TEAM BUILDING & WELLMESS PROGRAMS AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS, TEENS AND ADOLESCENTS.
