TO AID AND ENCOURAGE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN TECHNOLOGICAL, AGRICULTURAL, AND INDUSTRIAL BUSINESSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING POWER COUNTY AND EASTERN IDAHO RESIDENTS.
