Part 3 - Line 4a
CORE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF MOBILITY MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS. THIS PROGRAM HAS A MONTHLY RIDERSHIP WHERE THE RIDERS ARE ALLOTED 100 MILES PER MONTH. PAYMENT IS MADE TO THE RIDER AT 55 CENTS PER MILE IN ORDER TO PAY THEIR OWN VOLUNTEER DRIVERS FOR ACCESS BASIC NEEDS AND MEDICAL SERVICES.RIDERS MUST APPLY TO THE PROGRAM SO WE MAY DETERMINE ELIGIBILTY. LOW INCOME, SENIOR AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS ARE THE ONLY ONES ELIGIBLE TO APPY TO OUR PROGRAM. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE REFERRED TO AS RIDER.
PARTNER PROGRAM IS WHERE WE PARTNER WITH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES TO ASSIST THE AGENCIES CLIENTS IN ACCESSING SERVICES. USING OUR VOLUNTEER DRIVERS WE PROVIDE TRANSPORATION SERVICES TO THESE CLIENTS.OUR VOLUNTEER DRIVER REIMBURSED MILEAGE AT THE FEDERAL STANDARD MILEAGE RATE.
