BLUE JACKET, INC. WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ANY DISADVANTAGED PERSON WHO IS STRIVING TO EARN A SECOND CHANCE AT GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. THE CAREER ACADEMY IS A TWO WEEK, FORTY (40) HOUR TRAINING PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES JOB-READINESS TRAINING, PRE AND POST-PLACEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING JOB PLACEMENT, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND INTEREST ASSESSMENTS, AND PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. IN 2021, 138 INDIVIDUALS WERE ENROLLED IN THE CAREER ACADEMY AND 94 GRADUATED. BLUE JACKET STAFFING PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR THE CAREER ACADEMY GRADUATES.
