COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT THROUGH GRANT-MAKING, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. MISSION IS TO HELP IMPROVE THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, HOUSING, HEALTH, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND THE LARGER FLORIDA COMMUNITY BY BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS THAT: (I) CREATE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY; (II) FACILITATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT; (III) PROVIDE ACCESS TO AND INFORMATION PERTAINING TO HEALTHCARE; AND (IV) FOSTER AND PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES INCLUDING WORKFORCE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
