DELAWARE COUNTY BY5 EARLY CHILDHOOD INITIATIVE PROMOTES CHILDHOOD AWARENESS IN MUNCIE AND DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA THROUGH A VARIETY OF TASK FORCE AND VOLUNTEER EFFORTS.
