THE PURPOSE OF THE SUPPORTING FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE OPERATIONS OF THE HERITAGE FUND. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED IN MANY WAYS.THE HERITAGE FUND SUPPORTING FOUNDATION ENCOURAGES AND RECEIVES SPECIAL LIFETIME GIFTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF HERITAGE FUND OF BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, INC. THE SUPPORTING FOUNDATION ALSO DEVELOPED A FUND TO HELP SUPPORT AND SUSTAIN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE HERITAGE FUND, WHICH ARE NOT NORMALLY FUNDED IN ITS ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET. ALSO, THE HERITAGE FUND SUPPORTING FOUNDATION ESTABLISHED A POLICY FOR THE HANDLING OF REAL ESTATE AND OTHER PROPERTIES WHICH COME TO THE FOUNDATION TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE WORK OF THE HERITAGE FUND.
