TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF WELLS COUNTY AND TO FURTHER PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ALL SUCH RESIDENTS. TO ENGAGE IN SUCH ACTIVITIES AS SHALL BENEFIT AND SUPPORT THE WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF WELLS COUNTY.
