TO PROVIDE A HOLISTIC WAY TO IMPROVE A PERSON'S SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY THROUGH LEADER-LED GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAMS AND ORGANIZED SPORTS. SPORTS PROGRAMS SERVE PEOPLE FROM 3-YEAR-OLDS TO 80-YEAR-OLDS AND INCLUDE: YOUTH BASKETBALL, GOLF, SOCCER AND TENNIS. NOT ONLY DO WE TEACH SPORTS SKILLS, BUT WE ALSO EMPHASIZE OUR CORE VALUES OF CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY TO PROMOTE TEAMWORK AND BUILD SELF-ESTEEM IN ALL PARTICIPANTS. A WIDE VARIETY OF EXERCISE CLASSES AND WELLNESS EDUCATION FOR ALL AGES FOCUSES ON PERSONAL GOAL SETTING FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT AND DISEASE PREVENTION TO HELP REDUCE THE NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS.
