TO PROVIDE A HOLISTIC WAY TO IMPROVE A PERSONS SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY THROUGH LEADER LED GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAMS AND ORGANIZED SPORTS. SPORTS PROGRAMS SERVES PEOPLE FROM 3 YEAR OLDS TO 80 YEAR OLDS AND INCLUDE: YOUTH BASKETBALL, GOLF, SOCCER AND TENNIS. NOT ONLY HAVE WE TAUGHT SPORTS SKILLS, WE ALSO EMPHASIZE OUR CORE VALUES OF CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY TO PROMOTE TEAM WORK AND BUILD SELF ESTEEM IN ALL PARTICIPANTS. A WIDE VARIETY OF EXERCISE CLASSES AND WELLNESS EDUCATION FOR ALL AGES FOCUSES ON PERSONAL GOAL SETTING FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT AND DISEASE PREVENTION TO HELP REDUCE THE NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS. ANNUALLY WE SERVE OVER 1,000 PEOPLE.
