GLENBURN HOME, INC. OPERATES A NURSING FACILITY WITH A TOTAL OF 149 LICENSED BEDS ALL OF WHICH ARE LICENSED AS SKILLED NURSING BEDS. THE FACILITY PROVIDES LONG TERM NURSING CARE TO RESIDENTS DEPENDING UPON THEIR NEEDS - THESE SERVICES INCLUDE ROOM AND BOARD, NURSING CARE, SUPPLIES, MEDICATIONS, THERAPIES, MEALS, LAUNDRY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL SERVICES. THE FACILITY OFFERS SPECIALIZED SERVICES TO ELDERLY RESIDENTS SUFFERING FROM ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA. GLENBURN HOME PARTICIPATES IN THE MEDICARE, MEDICAID, TRI-CARE, AND/OR OTHER GOVERNMENT SPONSORED HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS AS WELL AS PRIVATE MANAGED CARE AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS.
