THE MUNCIE SPORTS COMMISSION OVERSEES THE OPERATIONS OF THE MUNCIE SPORTSPLEX. THE SPORTSPLEX CONTAINS 10 SOCCER FIELDS, 5 SOFTBALL DIAMONDS, AND A WELLNESS TRACK. THE SPORTSPLEX PROVIDES ADULTS AND YOUTH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, AND SOCCER.
THE MUNCIE SPORTS COMMISSION OVERSEES THE OPERATIONS OF THE ICE LEAGUE. THE ICE LEAGUE IS A INNOVATIVE BASKETBALL LEAGUE THAT LEVERAGES MIDDLE SCHOOL-AGED STUDENTS' LOVE OF SPORTS WHILE PROMOTING STELLAR ACADEMICS.
THE MUNCIE SPORTS COMMISSION OVERSEES THE OPERATIONS OF THE DELAWARE COUNTY YOUTH LEAGUE. THE DELAWARE COUNTY YOUTH LEAGUE IS A BASKETBALL PROGRAM FOR 4TH-8TH GRADE BOYS & GIRLS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MUNCIE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS. THE LEAGUE PROVIDES SKILL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PRACTICES AND GAMES.
