PAYMENTS INCLUDE TAXES AND INSURANCE. AT THE END OF THE FIVE YEARS, THE CLIENT USUALLY HAS ENOUGH EQUITY IN THE PROPERTY TO OBTAIN A TRADIDTIONAL MORTGAGE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH BOARD OF TRUSTEES PROVIDES ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT FUNDS TO TROY CONCERN TO BUY THE PROPERTY IN THE FIRST PLACE.
