WELLNESS PROGRAMMING, RESOURCES, PROVIDE EDUCATION, SHARE BEST PRACTICE, EVALUATION, COLLABORATION ON KEY HEALTH DRIVERS FOR THE STATE OF INDIANA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OBESITY, DIABETES, SMOKING, MENTAL HEALTH, SUBSTANCE MISUSE, TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS DESIRING EFFECTIVE HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAMMNG FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR WORKPLACE.
THE INDIANA HEALTHY COMMUNITY PROGRAM FOCUSES ON TACKLING INDIANA'S POOR RANKINGS IN INDEXES SUCH AS GALLUP'S WELLBEING INDEX WHICH HAS INDIANA 41ST OUT OF 50 STATES FOR OVERALL WELLBEING.
