THE FOUNDATION SEEKS TO ASSIST THE JOHNSON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY IN PROVIDING OUTSTANDING INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND CULTURE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY BY GRANTING SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING TO ASSIST THE LIBRARY IN PROMOTING LITERACY IN JOHNSON COUNTY.

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING TO THE JOHNSON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY, WHICH HELPED THE LIBRARY ENHANCE OR CREATE NEW PROGRAMS, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. IN 2021, THE LIBRARY HAD 979 VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON PROGRAMS, WITH 21,828 PEOPLE REACHED. THE LIBRARY HAD OVER 214,000 VISITS AND 1,125,000 ITEMS CIRCULATED.
