INDIANA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (IHSAA) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO ENCOURAGE, REGULATE AND GIVE DIRECTION TO WHOLESOME AMATEUR INTERSCHOOL ATHLETIC COMPETITION BETWEEN MEMBER SCHOOLS. IHSAA'S MEMBERSHIP IS VOLUNTARY AND INCLUDES OVER 400 MEMBER SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF INDIANA. IHSAA'S PRINCIPAL SOURCES OF REVENUE ARE ATHLETIC TOURNAMENTS AND MEETS, CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP, AND BROADCASTING RIGHTS.
