IS A CHARITABLE, NOT-FOR-PROFIT, COMMUNITY-OWNED HOSPITAL AND CONSISTS OF A 476-BED REGIONAL TERTIARY REFERRAL CENTER (PARKVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER), AS WELL AS A 216-BED COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (PARKVIEW HOSPITAL RANDALLIA) AND AN 89-BED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL (AFFILIATE OF PARKVIEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INSTITUTE), LOCATED IN FORT WAYNE, INDIANA. THE SERVICE AREA INCLUDES NORTHEAST INDIANA, NORTHWEST OHIO, AND SOUTH-CENTRAL MICHIGAN. PARKVIEW HOSPITAL, INC.
