IN 2022, WE CONTINUED TO PROVIDE A SUPERIOR MEMBER EXPERIENCE BY OFFERING COMPETITIVE DEPOSIT RATES AND MAKING SENSIBLE LOANS TO THE MEMBERSHIP. IN 2022 WE CONTINUED TO DEVELOP INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS BY PROVIDING A WORLD CLASS BANKING EXPERIENCE. INTRODUCED NEW STREAMLINED ONLINE LOAN PAY PORTAL AND SUITE OF PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE MEMBERS STRUGGLING TO BUILD OR IMPROVE THEIR CREDIT. WE CONTINUED TO STRENGTHEN OUR PRESENCE IN CENTRAL INDIANA WITH OPENING A NEW LOCATION IN CARMEL INDIANA WITH ANOTHER LOCATION IN WESTFIELD. A NEW PRESIDENT JOINED THE TEAM MARCH 21, 2022, JASON OSTERHAGE.
