WINTER WORKSHOP AND OPERATIONS SEMINAR - THIS IS AN ANNUAL EVENT FOR MEMBERS TO BE UPDATED ON ISSUES PERTINENT TO THE INDUSTRY. THERE ARE TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, IN SOME CASES OFFERING CEU'S.
ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL - THIS IS AN ONGOING YEAR-LONG FUNCTION OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A SELF-REGULATED RECLAMATION PROGRAM FOR THE INDUSTRY.
OTHER WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS - INCLUDES THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION COMMITTEE, WHICH CONDUCTS OUTREACH SERVICES; ALSO INCLUDES A SUMMER MEETING TO UPDATE MEMBERS AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND SAFETY TRAINING.
