KEYBANK, AS TRUSTEE, MAKES DISTRIBUTIONS AS FOLLOWS: 10% TO NATIONAL JEWISH CENTER, 10% TO HOLY FAMILY CANCER HOME, 10% TO LUTHERAN MEDICAL CENTER, 10% TO JUDSON RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, AND 60% TO MT. SINAI HEALTH CARE FDN. KEYBANK MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS TO THE NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES OF EACH BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION. THE CHARITY HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE TRUSTEE, AUTHORITY TO APPOINT CO-TRUSTEES OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND AUTHORITY TO WITHDRAW PRINCIPAL.
