THE REV MOTHER HAS THE RIGHT TO REVOKE, MODIFY OR ADD TO THE TRUST. FUNDS SHALL BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CARMEL OF MARY IMMACULATE MONASTERY. TIAA MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS TO THE NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE MONASTERY IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION.
