CONXUSNEO ENABLES WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROVIDERS TO OPERATE AS AN EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT SYSTEM TO MAXIMIZE RESULTS FOR EMPLOYERS. WE SEEK TO DRIVE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT TO TRANSFORM HOW EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE PROVIDERS BETTER PREPARE INDIVIDUALS FOR THE WORKFORCE AND SUPPORT EMPLOYERS TO PROVIDE QUALITY JOBS THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO HIRE AND RETAIN WORKERS WITH NECESSARY SKILLS INTO THESE JOBS THAT PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT.
