THIS MAINTAINS DOOR & ACCESS SYSTEMS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION AS THE VOICE OF THE INDUSTRY. THIS FURTHERS THE EXEMPT PURPOSE TO PROMOTE IMPROVEMENT OF THE INDUSTRY, TO REPRESENT THE INDUSTRY IN ITS CONTACTS WITH PUBLIC OFFICIALS, STANDARD MAKING BODIES AND PUBLIC AUTHORITIES.

DASMA PRODUCES AND SELLS WARNING LABELS AND BROCHURES WITH SAFETY GUIDELINES. THESE MATERIALS ARE DISTRIBUTED BY MEMBERS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF COMMON, STANDARDIZED SAFETY MATERIALS REDUCES CONFUSION ON THE PART OF END USERS AND ENHANCES COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, THEREBY REDUCING INCIDENTS THAT RESULT IN INJURIES AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
