THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO PERRY'S VICTORY AND INTERNATIONAL PEACE MEMORIAL, A UNIT OF THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, IN CARRYING OUT ITS PRIMARY MISSION OF PRESERVING THE HISTORICAL ASSOCIATIONS CONNECTED WITH PERRY'S VICTORY AND INCULCATING THE LESSONS OF INTERNATIONAL PEACE BY ARBITRATION AND DISARMAMENT, BY SPONSORING AN ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF PERRY'S VICTORY, BY PUBLISHING BOOKS AND PRINTS RELATING TO THE BATTLE OF LAKE ERIE AND ON PERRY'S VICTORY AND BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR-NATIONAL PARK SERVICE IN ITS CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A VISITORS CENTER AT THE PERRY'S VICTORY AND INTERNATIONAL PEACE MEMORIAL.
