ADDITIONAL EFFORTS TO INCREASE CENSUS PARTICIPATION IN ORDER TO ADDRESS HISTORICAL UNDER COUNTING OF DISAFFECTED COMMUNITIES. FAITH BASED AND OTHER CULTURAL STAKEHOLDERS PARTNERS WILL BE ENGAGED TO PROMOTE CIVIC PARTICIPATION IN THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS AND THE CURRENT DECENNIAL CENSUS.
