THE ORGANIZATION'S FOCUS IS TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE ACCESS AND QUALITY WHILE CONTAINING COSTS IN A PREVENTATIVE MANNER. IN 2022 MEMBERS LEARNED FROM BENEFITS PROFESSIONALS AND THEIR PEERS AT MORE THAN 30 IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL EVENTS COVERING MENTAL HEALTH, VIRTUAL CARE, PHARMACY BENEFITS, STATE AND FEDERAL LEGISLATION, AND MORE. IN ADDITION, EMPLOYERS PARTICIPATED IN BENCHMARKING SURVEYS THAT INCLUDED TOPICS SUCH AS BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS, EMPLOYER BENEFIT STRATEGIES, AND MORE.HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE MOVING THE NEEDLE IN A POSITIVE WAY BY ADDRESSING DEPRESSION IN THE WORKPLACE THROUGH RIGHT DIRECTION, AN EFFORT OF EMPLOYERS HEALTH. THE FREE INITIATIVE PROVIDES TURN-KEY MATERIALS TO EMPLOYERS TO CREATE AWARENESS, REDUCE STIGMA AND INCREASE HELP SEEKING BEHAVIORS. NEARLY 12,510 UNIQUE VISITORS HAVE DOWNLOADED MORE THAN 1,700 PIECES OF COLLATERAL FROM THE INITIATIVE WEBSITE.
