SCHS PROVIDES GOVERNANCE, OVERSIGHT, MISSION COORDINATION AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. SCHS MANAGES ALL WHOLLY OWNED ENTITIES TO ENSURE POLICY DECISIONS ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE ENTITIES TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES. SCHS CARRIES OUT ITS PURPOSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MORAL TEACHINGS AND CANON LAW OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, SCHS CONTINUES TO ADVANCE THE PHILOSOPHY AND MISSION OF OUR FOUNDERS, THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE.
