PROJECT WARM CHOICE IS A PRIVATELY SPONSORED WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM AIMED AT THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME NATURAL GAS CUSTOMERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING MONTHLY UTILITY EXPENSES.
THE HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IS A STATE SPONSORED WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM AIMED AT THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME NATURAL GAS CUSTOMERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING MONTHLY UTILITY EXPENSES.
