THE ORGANIZATION (MOBILE HOME PARK) CHARGES FOR SPACE RENT AND UTILITIES, THIS ALLOWS US TO OFFSET COSTS WHICH ENABLE US TO INCREASE THE CITY OF PALM SPRING'S SUPPLY OF HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES.

SANTIAGO SUNRISE VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK IS LOCATED AT 1500 EAST SAN RAFAEL DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA. THE PARK CONSISTS OF 171 MOBILE HOME SPACES. THE PARK, WHICH IS PRIMARILY A FAMILY PARK, CONSISTS OF DOUBLEWIDE SPACES; HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME SPACES OCCUPIED WITH SINGLEWIDE HOMES. MOST OF THE HOMES HAVE AWNINGS AND CONCRETE OR ASPHALT DRIVEWAYS, AS WELL AS COVERED CARPORTS. IT HAS A TOTAL AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 19.65 ACRES. THE PARK AND PARK OWNED BUILDINGS WERE CONSTRUCTED IN 1982. THE OVERALL RANGE FOR RENTS IS $475 TO $565 PER MONTH WITH AN AVERAGE MONTHLY RENTAL OF $515 PER MONTH, EXCLUDING UTILITIES.
