SCHOLARS AND MENTOR PROGRAM -EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INNER-CITY MINORITY MALE HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS BASED ON THEIR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND CIVIC AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. PROVIDE MENTORING, COACHING AND SUPPORT SERVICES DESIGNED TO HELP STUDENT PERSIST AND GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE.
