REVERSE MORTGAGE COUNSELING: REVERSE MORTGAGE OFFERS CLIENTS GUIDANCE AS TO WHETHER A REVERSE MORTGAGE LOAN OPTION IS RIGHT FOR THEM AND, IF SO, HOW TO QUALIFY. IN 2020, OVER 3,400 SESSIONS WERE CONDUCTED.
CREDIT AND DEBT COUNSELING: CREDIT.ORG PROVIDES FINANCIAL COACHINGIN THE AREAS OF MONEY MANAGEMENT AND BUDGETING FOR THOSE WITHCREDIT CARD AND OTHER UNSECURED DEBT. ONE POSSIBLE RESULT OF SUCHCOACHING IS ENROLLMENT IN A DEBT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WHICH IS AMONITORED OR STRUCTURED REPAYMENT PLAN FOR WHICH NOMINAL FEES ARECHARGED.
