COMMUNICATED AMONG MEMBERS AND SOFTWARE PRODUCERS THE PROBLEMS THAT COMPUTER USERS ARE ENCOUNTERING TO HELP ALLEVIATE THESE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. THE GOAL IS TO IMPACT THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE PRODUCERS NEW PRODUCTS TO HELP ALLEVIATE THESE ISSUES. FACILITATED THIS EFFORT BY MEETING IN ANNUAL FORUMS AND MEETINGS TO COMMUNICATE THESE COMMON ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AMONG USERS IN FACE TO FACE ENVIRONMENT.
