THE 34TH STREET APARTMENTS CONSIST OF 34 UNITS AVAILABLE FOR LOW AND VERY LOW-INCOME PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS. IN ADDITION, UNDER THE TERMS OF THE REGULATORY AGREEMENTS, THE UNITS ARE RENT AND OCCUPANCY RESTRICTED FOR UP TO 65 YEARS.


THE 51ST STREET APARTMENTS CONSIST OF 24 UNITS AVAILABLE FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS. IN ADDITION, UNDER THE TERMS OF THE REGULATORY AGREEMENTS THE UNITS ARE RENT AND OCCUPANCY RESTRICTED FOR 55 YEARS.
