IN 2021 HOUSING INNOVATION PARTNERS ADDED A NEW COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TO OUR PORTFOLIO WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE 4030 43RD STREET, IN SAN DIEGO, CA. THIS PROPERTY, COMBINED WITH THE ADJOINING PROPERTY PURCHASED IN 2020 WILL ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 65 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
HOUSING INNOVATION PARTNERS PROPERTIES/PROGRAMS SERVED 194 HOMELESS AND CHRONICALLY HOMELESS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING THESE VERY-LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH HOUSING AND WRAP-AROUND SERVICES MEANT TO FACILITATE AND INCREASE THEIR LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE. HOUSING INNOVATION PARTNERS CONTINUES TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ASSURE THE NEEDS OF THE TENANTS ARE BEING MET.
