HOUSING INNOVATION PARTNERS PROPERTIES/PROGRAMS SERVED 194 HOMELESS AND CHRONICALLY HOMELESS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING THESE VERY-LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH HOUSING AND WRAP-AROUND SERVICES MEANT TO FACILITATE AND INCREASE THEIR LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE. HOUSING INNOVATION PARTNERS CONTINUES TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ASSURE THE NEEDS OF THE TENANTS ARE BEING MET.
