PROVIDING DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, HOMEBUYER EDUCATION, HOMEOWNERSHIP RETENTION COUNSELING, FINANCIAL LITERACY WORKSHOPS, AND NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION SERVICES.
THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO A JOINT VENTURE WITH STEP UP ON SECOND STREET TO DEVELOP A 23-UNIT PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROJECT IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE. THE JOINT VENTURE, SUNSET AT BOGART LP, WILL COMPRISE OF THE ORGANIZATION AND RELATED LLC AT 75% AND STEP UP AT 25%.
