TO MANAGE AND OPERATE A MEDICAL CLINIC FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTHCARE IN MARION COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, WELL-BEING AND HEALTHCARE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MARION COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

THE CLINIC PROVIDED SUPPLEMENTAL MEDICAL SERVICES AND CARE TO THE INDIGENT OF MARION COUNTY. THE CLINIC STILL CURRENTLY CONTRACTS WITH PALMETTO MEDICAL CARE AND MUSC FOR RADIOLOGY, X-RAYS, EKG'S, LAB SERVICES FREE TO PATIENTS.DURING THE YEAR, HHFMC INCREASED THE NUMBER OF NEW PATIENTS BY 57, WITH THE NUMBER OF VISITS TO 1965; MISCELLANEOUS VISITS WERE 358 AND NUMBER OF OUTREACH EVENTS WERE 10 WITH 2247 PARTICIPANTS. THEREFORE, PATIENT VISITS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES AMOUNTED TO 4212 PERSONS PROVIDED WITH QUALITY SERVICES.
THE CLINIC CONTRACTED WITH PHARMACIES TO PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIONS AT NO COST TO THE PATIENTS AND OBTAINED PRESCRIPTIONS FROM OTHER PATIENT ASSISTANT PROGRAMS (PAP) AT NO COST TO THE PATIENTS.THE NUMBER OF PRESCRIPTION PICKUPS WAS 4114 AND REFERRED WALL FUND WAS 200.THE CLINIC ALSO PROVIDED NON PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS AT NO COSTS TO THE PATIENTS.
THE CLINIC DONATED IT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY AND REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1328 N. MAIN ST., MARION SC 29571, AS WELL AS REMAINING CASH TO PEE DEE COALITION FOR DOMESTIC VIOLANCE, A 501C(3) NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION.
