WE CONVENE, COLLABORATE, FUND, AND OFTEN MANAGE BROADER COMMUNITYWIDE INITIATIVES. ALL PROGRAMS MUST ALIGN WITH EDUCATION, INCOME, AND HEALTH GOALS.

INCOME (FINANCIAL STABILITY, SELF-SUFFICIENCY, CRISIS & BASIC NEEDS): FUNDED PROGRAMS THAT HELP INDIVIDUALS ACHIEVE NEW LEVELS OF INDEPENDENCE AND, IN SOME CASES, SELF-SUFFICIENCY.THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE JOB TRAINING AND PLACEDMENT, AS WELL AS SHELTERED EMPLOYMENT, FOR FOR ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OR OTHER DISADVANTAGES. FUNDED PROGRAMS ALSO PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR HOMELESS MEN, INCLUDING OVERNIGHT AND DAYTIME SHELTER, MEALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYMENT REFERRALS, AND SHOWER AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES.
