TOBACCO CESSATION
PROVIDE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE AND LUNG HEALTH SPECIALTY SERVICES AND PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE TO MORE THAN 1,000 MEDICALLY VULNERABLE LOWINCOME CLIENTS VIA OUR MEDICAL HEAP CLINIC AND MOBILE MEDICAL UNIT.
