FAMILY OUTREACH SERVICES - A "WRAP-AROUND" PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES WHO REQUIRE A MULTITUDE OF SERVICES LINKING NEEDS TO OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES WHILE PROVIDING LIMITED AMOUNTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.


SENIOR SERVICES - HELP FAMILIES AND THEIR CAREGIVERS NAVIGATE ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH AGING. SERVICES INCLUDE IN-HOME ASSESSMENTS, INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLANS, WELL-BEING CHECKS, FRIENDLY VISTOR, POST-DISCHARGE TREATMENT AND FOLLOW-UP, COUNSELING AND OTHER FAMILY SUPPORT.


COUNSELING SERVICES- INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING ON A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS (DEPRESSION, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, GRIEF, ETC.). PROVIDING PROGRAMS IN THE COMMUNITY ON "LIFE" ISSUES SUCH AS ANGER MANAGEMENT, VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE, GRIEF, LAMAZE TRAINING, ETC.
